The parts you see on these pages are what we manufacture & have for sale, we do not cannibalize old guns.  If the part is not listed in our online catalog, then WE DO NOT MAKE IT, nor have it for sale.  Our Online Catalog is our most current listing & is kept up to date with new items & prices.  

Sorry, but we have had to impose a $10 minimum order effective 01-06-2007.

All orders will require a method of payment at the time of ordering.   No personal checks accepted.  We accept Master Card & Visa over the phone, or a prepaid Money Order.   Shipping charges, and a $2 handling fee will be added to each shipment.  Sales tax for Washington State residents will be an additional 7.7%.  Most of our parts are shipped in a padded mailer, first class mail.  A minimum shipping fee is $3.00, but can be more, depending on the size of the package and the total value.  Larger packages are shipped UPS, and those fees depend on destination and size.     International orders will be at the current shipping rate to the destination country via U.S. Airmail through the postal service.

Wisner’s offers a 20 percent discount to bonafide dealers, on part orders exceeding $30.  Distributors should contact us for Volume Pricing.  To Qualify for a discount, a Copy of Your Business License in a Firearms Related Field,  or your 01 FFL,  MUST BE ON FILE  with Wisner's, prior to, or at the time of the order.   A C&R license is not valid.  We do accept a READABLE fax copy of these licenses.  The order must be prepaid, or charged against a VISA or MC.

If you have problems understanding the factory nomenclature (which we use for our parts) or there are any questions on your part, call between noon & 1PM Monday through Thursday & talk to our technical support staff.   Before that, it is critical that you have gone to the parts page for that model.  From there (if we have one for that model) there may be a link to an "Exploded Views" page for that exact model, which may help.   However read the instructions here thoroughly as we only make the parts shown in red, the others are for your identification purposes.    You might also look at our "Additional Information" pages, as we may already have something here that may help you. 

Returns: 
Wisner's Inc. has a re-stocking fee of 30% for items that WERE NOT the error of Wisner's Inc.  If there is a question as to the right part, we discourage your ordering one of each style in hopes of returning the wrong one, this will not be accepted as a return.  Each order is shipped with a note that these parts may require fitting, as there could be some internal differences between productions. 

REFUNDS on unaltered parts, 30 days from date of invoice, on mistakes made by seller (Wisner’s, INC), with a return authorization number.  Customers must call Wisner’s to get the return authorization number, which needs to be marked on the outside of the package.  A letter needs to be included, telling why you are returning the part and a COPY OF THE INVOICE must be with the part.   Otherwise the returned part will just sit in the back corner until you notify us, as we do not have the time to go back thru all the past sales invoices to find yours.  All our staff flunked mind-reading school. 

Returned parts that HAVE BEEN altered in any way WILL NOT even be considered.    Nor will any shipping costs be refunded.

Returns after 30 days WILL NOT be accepted, and returned to the customer. 

Please package sufficiently in same padded envelope or box & insure returns or sample part shipments, as we cannot give credit for empty packages or something that we do not receive.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer for whatever reason. 

IMPORTANT

Due to the manufacturing tolerances and or possible wear of mating parts and or possible internal changes over the production run of the firearm, sometimes a replacement part may appear to fit, but it will not function without proper fitting by a gunsmith. Therefore, all parts are sold with the understanding that they WILL BE FITTED & SAFETY CHECKED after installation by a COMPETENT, QUALIFIED gunsmith.  

There are at least a couple of parts that we manufacture which are NOT guaranteed.  Examples are the Colt 1877 cylinder stop, & the Colt SAA bolts. These are built oversize so it can be fitted to worn guns. They will not just drop in and work; expert gunsmithing by a knowledgeable person is required for correct installation.

Prices may be changed at any time, however the normal time this is done is when a new batch of parts is run, and at that time we do a new cost analysis, which may affect the price.

 If you can not identify your part, then e-mail us  by clicking here  (DO NOT CALL)  & IF we have a factory or aftermarket parts list, for a reasonable fee of $5.00,  we can mail you a copy (WE WILL NOT SEND IT BY E-MAIL) of this illustration, so YOU can make an intelligent decision.    One thing to be aware of is that most all firearms built before 1947 there does not exist a exploded views drawing that most of us have now became accustomed to.   They just either hand drew the parts, or laid them out on a table & took pictures.  Many times these parts are not in any relationship as to their assembly locations.  And even if you are a gun oriented person, many times it is hard to identify what is what.
