WISNER'S FAX ORDER FORM

All orders will require a method of payment at the time of ordering. No checks accepted. We accept ONLY US ISSUED
Master Card & Visa & Discover over the phone, or a prepaid money order. A minimum $6.50 shipping & handling charge
(this includes insurance) will be added to each shipment. This is a minimum and could be more, depending
on the size of package and value of the parts. Effective July 1, 2008, Washington State now has a destination
sales tax for Washington state residents. The sales tax will be calculated using the destination zip code. Most of
parts are shipped in a padded mailer, first class mail. Larger packages are shipped UPS, and those fees
depend on destination and size.

Effective October 1, 2008 we will no longer be accepting or processing International orders.
No refunds will be made if you ordered the wrong part, or changed your mind after placing the order. If there
is a question as to the right part, we discourage your ordering one of each style in hopes of returning the wrong
one. No refund or exchange will be made for broken or damaged parts that were altered after being purchased
from Wisner's. However we gladly exchange any miss-shipped items where we were wrong.
Our sales office is open from 9am to 3pm Mon thru Thur. Pacific Time. We are closed all major holidays &

June 14 to July 8, November 22 to December 2, December 20 to January 6, for Vacations & Inventory.

Some differences occur in parts, as the manufacturer may change the design slightly during the production.
Due to this and the manufacturing tolerances, or possible wear, sometimes a replacement part may appear to
fit, but not function as designed without proper fitting by a gunsmith.

         ALL PARTS ARE SOLD WITH THE UNDERSTANDING THAT THEY WILL BE SAFETY
                 CHECKED AND / OR FITTED BY A COMPETENT, QUALIFIED GUNSMITH.
