The Patrician II was a later (Improved ?) version of the regular Patrician.  The roman numeral II will be engraved on the LH side of the receiver behind the name Patrician.  It could have been had in 3" chambering.  The main difference was that the rear of the slide assembly was  similar to the automatic model 82.  Please see the illustration of the model 82 for some idea of what it looks like.

We have come up with a conversion off a different brand firearm, that was made by the same Japanese manufacturer where we can supply a lifter conversion.

We also have in our projected new items, to start making the #3227 Disconnector before long.
